Christmas Delivery                                                                                         

If you require delivery before Christmas then your order must be received before the following times:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class Post) - 2pm on Tuesday 19th December

Next Day Delivery (DPD-Local) - 2pm on  Thursday 21st December

Please note these cut off dates have been supplied by the respective companies and that we cannot guarantee delivery even if you order before our final cut off dates. We have no control over delivery companies and occasional they do get things wrong.
We can however assure you that as long as your order is received by the cut off dates we will make sure your orders are despatched from our warehouse with time to spare for delivery according to the Royal Mail and DPD-Local guidelines.

Please note for all orders outside of the UK that Christmas delivery is no longer available after Thursday 14th December

Christmas and New Year Opening Times

We will be open over the festive period at the following times

Thursday  21st Dec - 9am until 5:30pm

Friday 22th Dec - 9am until 1pm

Monday 25th Dec -  Closed

Tuesday 26th Dec -  Closed

Wednesday 27th Dec - 9am until 1pm

Thursady 28th Dec - 9am until 1pm

Friday 29th Dec - 9am until 1pm

Monday 1st Jan - -  Closed

Tuesday 2nd Jan - We will be open as normal

Please note that during this time we will be running a reduced level of staff which means we may not be able to answer phone calls or return your calls. We will try to respond to emails.
Emails will be monitored constantly through the period and an answer phone service is available on 01354 760022.

Collections / Deliveries over the Christmas / New Year Period

21st Dec - Orders will be shipped as normal

22nd Dec - Orders will be shipped on the 22nd Dec (Until 1pm)

23rd Dec -Orders will be shipped on the 27th Dec

24th Dec -Orders will be shipped on the 27th Dec

25th Dec - Orders will be shipped on the 27th Dec

26th Dec - Orders will be shipped on the 27th Dec

27th Dec -Orders will be shipped on the 27th Dec

28th Dec - Orders will be shipped on the 28th Dec

29th Dec - Orders will be shipped on the 29th Dec (Until 1pm)

30th Dec -  Orders will be shipped on the  2nd Jan

31st Dec -  Orders will be shipped on the  2nd Jan

1st Jan - Orders will be shipped on the  2nd Jan

2nd Jan -Orders will be shipped as normal

This shipping times are subject to order volumes and whilst we will try our best to ship all orders as above this may not always be possible due to the volume fo orders
