Postage costs for UK Shipments

All orders will be shipped same day as long as the order is received by 2pm.
All orders placed at the weekend or after 3pm on friday will be shipped on Monday.

UK mainland orders with a goods value of over £30.00 will be shipped free of charge. (Must show in stock on the website)
UK mainland orders with a value below £30.00 will incur a £2.95 delivery charge.

Orders under 2kg will be shipped via Royal Mail and over 2kg via DPD-Local.

Orders shipped via DPD-Local will require a signature. If nobody is available to sign for the goods another delivery will be attempted the next day. After three unsuccessful attempts a redelivery charge of £5.00 will be charged.
If nobody is available at your delivery address to sign for the goods please confirm a trusted neighbours address in your order notes or provide information on where the parcel can be left securely. If no notes are given on the order we cannot accept responsibility for orders going missing.



Postage Costs for Europe and Rest of the World

You will be notified of shipping costs before you finalise your order. In exceptional circumstances (large or bulky items) we made need to increase the shipping cost but we will notify you by email and await your confirmation to proceed before any payment has been taken.

Shipments will be sent by either Royal Mail or Courier depending on which service offers the better value for the customer.
If you would like to specify a shipping method please email us at the time of placing your order.

All orders will be shipped uninsured. If you would like insurance please request it at the time of placing your order.
If insurance is taken your will be able to track your order online and a signature will be required upon delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: If insurance is not taken on overseas shipments then we have no method of either tracking your shipment or claiming for a lost shipment and we will not be able to offer a refund. We can provide you with proof of posting to confirm the order has been shipped as per your instructions.
