All personal information we collect through this website or through any other method is protected to a very high standard.


Credit Cards

Credit card details are not kept completely on our server or in paper form and only up to the point your order is processed.
All information is then securely destroyed.
You will have to enter your full details with every order your place but we feel this is the best option to protect your privacy.
You can also pay by cheque or postal order if you prefer.


Other Information

We will not pass any information about you the customer to any 3rd parties.
Information is used solely to contact you if there is a problem with your order and for delivery details for parcels.
We may contact you with information on new releases etc via email but only if you have subscibed to our newsletter.


Website Security

When you are asked for any sensitive information such as your credit card details it is done on our secure webpages.
These are protect by a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Protocol which uses high level encryption to transmit data sent back and forth to the website.
Any standard information we store such as your name and user ID are stored on our controlled servers which have restricted access and password protection.
