As you are aware we are relocating to a new warehouse at the beginning of May.
Whilst this will cause some major distruption it will enable us to continue expanding and offering the best possible service.

Due to the scale of the operation required we will unfortunately have to close the warehouse fully for one week during which time we will not be able to ship any orders.

Therefore we will not process or dispatch any orders between Monday 23rd April and Friday 27th April.

Please note that these days may be bought forward if the move goes quicker than expected so we would advise all customers to order as soon as possible and to order enough stock where possible to cover their sales until the middle of May.

With regards to stock availability before the shutdown we will have to limit access to certain lines to enable us to begin moving the warehouse.

Below is the current schedule for the warehouse relocation.

This is subject to change so we recommend checking back daily for the current situation.

We will initially be turning off access to our discontinued stock, then our toy and craft ranges and finally our model ranges.

11th April - All discontinued items will be removed from sale

13th April - All toy, puzzle and craft items will be removed from sale

20th April - All models, paints, photoetch and accessories will be removed from sale
